View your child's Elstree UTC data on your mobile device!

At The Elstree UTC we are proud to announce the release of a brand new service designed specifically to improve parental information to ensure the communication between the school and the parents are easier and more effective. Groupcall Xpressions is an app available for download for iOS and Android devices (mobiles / tablets) for parents to download and use for FREE of charge.

Installing the Groupcall Xpressions app on your phone or tablet enables you to view information for each of your child/children here at The Elstree UTC. Here are the some of the information that you will be able to view depending on the school's management information system:

  • Attendance records and absences
  • Attendance overview
  • Student Timetable
  • Communication inbox
  • Assessment Marks and grades
  • Achievement points
  • School calendar & Website link

The Xpressions app uses information stored on our MIS, which means that it is extremely vital that we have the correct parental contact details. Please ensure you notify the school as soon as possible incase you change your email address or mobile number since the app will not work without the correct information.

Frequently Asked Questions

"The app displays the message 'No Xpressions found for *Parent Name*' when I log in"

This only means that you have not received any messages in the form of an 'Xpression'. Simply tap on the menu (the three green lines) on the top left hand corner of the screen, select the child by tapping on their name and you can view all of the information described above.

"I see a 'Child Offline' message"

This simply means that your device hasn't synchronised with our servers as it should have. To fix this issue, make sure you have internet connection then simply logout of the app by tapping on the padlock icon (bottom left of the screen) and tapping on 'Logout'. Log back in and you should be able to see your child's information.

"I have more than one student at the school but I'm only seeing one of them in the app"

If this is the case for you, please contact the schools Data Manager on 020 8386 6221 (Charlotte Wilkes) to confirm your mobile number and email is the same for all of your child's.
