A parent-teacher association (PTA) is a formal organisation composed of parents, teachers and staff that is intended to facilitate parental participation in a school.
Our main aim is to support both the school and students and to promote positive partnerships between home and college. The PTA as a representative group of the student's’ parents will work to raise funds by supporting and fundraising at school events. The money raised will be used to help students to experience diverse opportunities within the college curriculum.
The college’s catchment area is considerably large so the PTA activities will provide an opportunity for parents to socialise and to feel part of the college community.
